This week, Culture Spark celebrates three years of sparking positive change in our clients’ corporate cultures. I would like to take this occasion to say thank you. Thank you to every client, every colleague and every email subscriber for helping shape Culture Spark into the thriving business it is today.
I am grateful to each of you who trust in us, recommend us, and read our email content. Three years ago, we sent out the first of Culture Spark’s semi-monthly email communications and were elated by the overwhelmingly positive response. I am extremely proud to say that our email open rates have remained at an industry-shocking 40%! Thank you for reading our pieces about leadership, culture and management best practices, great-culture-company case studies, and personal messages. Knowing how much our content is valued keeps me writing and helps me know that I am fulfilling my purpose to help leaders deliberately build great company cultures.
