How to Resign the Right Way
I have seen many people resign their jobs in my nearly 20 years in HR, and I’ve seen it all! It surprises me how some professional people can resign so unprofessionally. It’s a reminder that common sense is not so common, and that the things that go unsaid are often the things that most need to be said, and repeated often. Here is my advice on how to resign properly, based on real experience of recent resignations I’ve witnessed.
