Culture Spark Successfully Completes First Year.

What a difference a year makes!  One year ago this week, I jumped off of the precipice of a new venture, Culture Spark, not knowing if it would fly or fall flat on its face!  One year in, I consider myself eternally blessed by my first year’s experience.  It has been a roller coaster of setbacks and successes, laughter and frustrations, and a lot of sleepless nights.  More than anything, I am so grateful for my clients, and thankful for the impact Culture Spark and its team have had on their companies.  I feel I’m doing the work I was born to do, and I’m reaffirmed in my purpose to help more leaders and their people feel the exact same way
